Prairie Community Events is currently transitioning from our previous prairiecommunityevents@gmail.com address to our official domain email addresses.
Prairie Community Events operates in support of Just Be Cause Foundation, and the recipient/account name displayed by your financial institution may appear as Just Be Cause Foundation. This is the correct authorized payment account for Prairie Community Events vendor bookings.
Please include your business name and event name in the e-transfer message so we can match your payment to your booking.
For your security: Please always verify our current payment information directly on the official Prairie Community Events website before sending an e-transfer. We will never ask you to send payment to a personal email address or to payment details that differ from those published here.
Please note: Each venue is different. Table and chair availability, electricity access and permitted booth sizes vary by location. Some events include tables, while others require vendors to bring their own. Please refer to the specific event information for what is included with your booking, or contact Sarah.
